The whole farm is in the Atlantic
Forest, considered one of the richest bio-diversities in the planet.
Bromeliads and orchids are common in the luxuriant vegetation.
Animals that have been
spotted in this area: monkeys, lizards, hedgehogs, agoutis, deer and
squirrels. Among the birds: toucans, hawks and a variety of small colorful
birds. Also common are the large blue butterflies.
